Local delivery for fresh flowers - Hawke's Bay/Gisborne - $10 delivery. Free shipping on orders over $150

Delivery to Australia: $15. Estimate 5-10 working days

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Below are the usual delivery time frames, we ship all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

Please note we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. The only gifts that can be are Hawke's Bay & Gisborne.

North Island: 1-3 working days

South Island: 2-4 working days

Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for delivery.

There is NO overnight delivery service available unless you liv in Gisborne or Hawke's Bay you can ring or email to get same day delivery if we have the time available.

HAWKE'S BAY & GISBORNE LOCAL DELIVERY- FRESH FLOWERS

Hawke’s Bay & Gisborne local delivery for fresh flowers are hand delivered by us. Your order will be delivered the next working day from purchase if you do not specify on the date picker in the cart. If you want delivery on a particular date please use the delivery date box in the cart. Or if you require anything more specific please give us a ring or email to organize and we will do our best!

DAMAGES

If your parcel arrives damaged please report this within 24 hours. All original packaging must also be kept so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.

NON DELIVERY

All no-delivery’s must be reported within 10 day of dispatch. This is so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
