DELIVERY COST

Nationwide Delivery - $12 NZD.  FREE shipping on orders over $200

AUSTRALIA

Delivery to Australia: $20.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

We ship everyday up until 3pm. Monday to Friday.

Please note we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. The only gifts that can be are to Hawke's Bay

North Island: Overnight

South Island: 2-4 working days 

Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for delivery. 

DAMAGES

If your parcel arrives damaged, please report this within 24 hours. All original packaging must also be kept so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.

NON DELIVERY

All no-delivery’s must be reported within 10 day of dispatch. This is so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
